WHAT IS A CAPSULE COLLECTION?
One off limited edition pieces. We love the idea of exclusivity and also feel that it's more sustainable for the environment.
CAN I PURCHASE AN INDIVIDUAL ITEM FROM THE COLLECTION?
Each product is sold exclusively within a collection. To get one is to get all.
The COLLECTION IS sold out. Is it coming back?
We create capsule collections, so once sold out they are no longer available to purchase.
THE THERMAL CONDITIONER
CAN I USE THE THERMAL CONDITIONER FOR ANYTHING ELSE?
Yes, the thermal conditioner isn't just for hair. It can be used as a warming pillow.
WHAT ARE THE MEASUREMENTS OF THE THERMAL CONDITIONER?
The inner section is 21cm in diameter. The outer section is 25cm in diameter. For thick hair types we'd recommend twisting hair up into sections prior to use for maximum fit.
IS THE THERMAL CONDITIONER A SINGLE USE PRODUCT?
No, the thermal conditioner is a multiple use product. Just spot clean with a damp cloth or lint roller where necessary and store in your dustbag till your next use.
CARE AND SAFETY
HOW CAN I USE THE THERMAL CONDITIONER SAFELY?
Follow all instructions carefully. Please make sure to do a temperature check before use. Monitor closely when in the Microwave to avoid fire.
IS THE MISTER JUST FOR WATER?
The mister can be used for liquids with a high water content, just make sure to not leave liquids in the mister for too long.
ORDERING AND RETURNS
DO YOU OFFER RETURNS & REFUNDS?
We accept returns of unworn and unused items in it's original packaging within 28 days of receipt. All postage costs will need to be covered by yourself unless the item is faulty. For international customers please label the return as "Returned Goods" to avoid any charges. Your refund will be processed upon receipt and quality check of the collection. We refund the card you used to purchase within 5 working days. If you're unhappy with your collection please contact us via email admin@siennacollection.co and we will be able to facilitate your return.
What if I need to change or cancel my order?
Once your order is complete we may be unable to modify or cancel. Please contact us via email at admin@siennacollection.co for further support.
How much duties and taxes will I have to pay?
That depends on the country you would like us to post your collection to. For international orders we are unaware of the duties and taxes.
